Refund policy
All Returns and Refunds are subject to approval by Meseroll. All returns must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. All items which have been used are unable to be returned/refunded. If an item is deemed eligible for refund, customers are responsible for all associated shipping and handling fees. A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from total refund amount. Refunds/returns may also be eligible for an exchange for full in-store credit.
If you are shipping products back to Meseroll, insurance is recommended as Meseroll takes no responsibility for any returns including if a return is lost, damaged or not-delivered. Customer is liable for all associated shipping costs and cost of insurance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Canceled OrdersÂ
Orders canceled by customers will incur a fee. Orders using shop pay will be charged 8% Cancelation fee. All other orders will be subject to a 5% Cancelation Fee. This fee is charged to us by the credit card companies thus we extended to customers in the event of any cancellations.Â
