Online Complete Bicycle Purchases

Bicycles purchased online are shipped partially assembled and require professional assembly. Meseroll will not be held liable for any injuries or damage which results from improper assembly of complete bicycles. If there is damage to a complete bicycle ordered online from shipping, please contact us so that we may remedy the situation. All complete bikes will ship via UPS, despite what shipping service customer opted for.

While Meseroll always aims to hit our advertised shipping times, all advertised ship times can not be guaranteed. Meseroll is not liable for any shipping refunds if shipment is delayed or extends beyond advertised parameters. This is particularly relevant for customers in Western Pennsylvania and New York, as well as certain regions in Northern New York.

RISK OF LOSS

Except as otherwise set forth herein, the risk of loss for and title to products purchased on the Site passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Any issues with shipments or delays must be reported within 15 days of shipment departure from Meseroll. 

SHIPPING RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Due to carrier rate fluctuations, Shipping rates are not guaranteed.   We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges on any order, This includes domestic and International packages, especially when item is oversized.
